Lake Michigan Condominium
Racine, Wisconsin

This was a complete remodeling of a two bedroom condominium located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This project called for a total redesign and upgrade of facilities. Interior walls were removed and new walls were designed and shaped to focus attention on the spectacular lake views to the east.

Design by Wirth designed and constructed a unique sliding translucent wall between the two new bathrooms. Natural light from the south wall of the home is allowed to filter into the second bathroom that also serves as a guest powder room.

Design services for this project were architectural planning, lighting, and construction documents for State Approvals.

General contractor was R.G. Ritzer and Associates of Eagle River, Wisconsin.
